1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using allcaltools.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the team that operates allcaltools; “you” means anyone using it.

2. What the site provides

allcaltools offers free online calculators and reference guides covering finance, health and fitness, mathematics, dates and times, education and unit conversion. They are provided for general information, estimation and planning.

No registration, payment or account is required. You may use the calculators for personal or commercial purposes at no cost.

3. Our calculators are not professional advice

Financial calculators

EMI, loan, interest, gold price, electricity bill and commission calculators produce illustrative figures. A lender’s actual offer will depend on your credit assessment, their internal rates, processing fees, insurance, prepayment rules and rounding conventions. Always rely on the written schedule your bank or lender gives you, not on an estimate from this site.

Health and fitness calculators

BMI, BMR, calorie, body fat, ideal weight and pregnancy calculators apply general population formulae. They do not account for your medical history, body composition, medication, pregnancy complications or any existing condition. They are not a diagnosis and must never be used as one. Consult a doctor or registered dietitian before acting on any health figure, and seek immediate medical attention for any urgent concern.

Education calculators

CGPA and percentage conversions use the common multipliers, but grading rules vary between universities and even between programmes. Your institution’s official conversion is the only one that counts for admissions, employment or any formal purpose.

Rates, tariffs and prices

Tax rates, electricity tariffs, gold prices and phone prices change frequently and may be out of date by the time you read them. Where we cite a tariff order or an official rate we name its version, but you should confirm the current figure with the relevant authority, utility or retailer.

4. Accuracy and availability

We take real care over our formulae and test them against authoritative worked examples before publishing. Even so, we do not warrant that the site or any calculator is accurate, complete, current or error-free. Formulae can be misapplied, sources can be wrong, and rates go stale.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any calculator or the whole site at any time without notice.

If you find a result that looks wrong, please tell us — reader reports are how most of our corrections begin.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code;
• place an automated load on the site that degrades it for others — scraping, bulk-querying or stress-testing without our written permission;
• reproduce substantial parts of the site’s content as your own, or republish it wholesale without attribution and a link back.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, layout, code and branding of allcaltools are ours and are protected by copyright and related rights.

You are welcome to use the calculators, to quote a reasonable extract with credit and a link, and to share links to any page. You may not copy the site’s design or content wholesale, present it as your own, or build a competing service from it.

The underlying mathematical formulae are not ours — they are public knowledge, and we claim no ownership of them. Third-party names, trademarks and logos mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, which does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

7. Links and affiliate relationships

The site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link away from allcaltools, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Some links — principally on our phone buying guides — are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Pages carrying such links disclose it on the page. Commissions never determine our rankings or recommendations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site. That includes but is not limited to financial loss, lost profit or savings, loss of data, and any injury or harm resulting from reliance on a result produced here.

You use this site’s calculators at your own risk, and you are responsible for verifying any figure before you act on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

Our handling of data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the values you type into a calculator are processed entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site develops. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
